Acer Support Drivers: A Guide to Finding the Right Drivers
Identifying Your Device
The first step to finding the right Acer support drivers is to identify your device. You can do this by entering your device's serial number (SNID) into the Acer support website.
Using the Intel Driver Update Software
If you don't know your device's SNID, you can try using the Intel Driver Update software. This software will scan your computer and identify any outdated or missing drivers, including those for your Acer device.
Windows 7 Support
Please note that Acer does not provide Windows 7 drivers for all of its newer laptops. If you are having trouble finding drivers for a Windows 7 device, you may need to switch to Windows 7 64-bit, which has a wider range of driver support.
Example: ThinkCentre M810z
For example, the ThinkCentre M810z does not have a 32-bit Windows 7 driver. However, there is a 64-bit Windows 7 driver available.
